Shanna
Operations Administration

Shanna has enjoyed working in the dental field since 2001. She joined Advanced Dental Care of PBG and began working with Dr. Rosenberg in April of 2008. Starting as a dental assistant, her dedication, loyalty, and hard work led her to grow into our full-time Office Manager. Over the years, she has seen many changes within Advanced Dental Care and now serves as the Operations Manager for three of our offices: Advanced Dental Care of Palm Beach Gardens, Advanced Dental Care of Juno Beach, and Hoffman Smiles in Illinois. Shanna is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of our practice. If you have questions about dental insurance benefits, electronic claim filing, scheduling appointments, or your patient account, she’s your go-to resource. Outside of the office, Shanna is a proud mom of two energetic boys. Before kids, she loved skydiving, kayaking, and running half marathons. While her adventures now look a little different, she still finds joy exploring local playgrounds, zoos, and science museums with her sons.
Sharon
Senior Case Manager
Palm Beach Gardens
Sharon is the Senior Case Manager at Advanced Dental Care of Palm Beach Gardens, where she plays a key role in guiding patients through their dental treatment journey. From reviewing treatment plans to coordinating care and answering questions along the way, she’s dedicated to making every patient feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. Sharon began her career in dentistry in 2016 as a dental assistant and has since grown into a leadership role through her commitment, experience, and genuine love for helping people.
Born and raised in South Florida, Sharon brings a warm, welcoming energy to the office—and when she’s not working, you can almost always find her relaxing at the beach and enjoying the coastal lifestyle she calls home.
Kimberley
Patient Coordinator
Palm beach Gardens & Juno Beach
Kimberley has been in the dental field for the past 10 years. She started working in the dental field as an implant coordinator, moved into oral surgery and then into general dentistry. She has found it very interesting to learn all the different aspects of the dental field and continues to learn each day.
She grew up in the area and currently lives with her dog, Lucky. She enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and taking her dog to the beach.
Kara
Registered Dental Hygienist
Palm beach Gardens & Juno Beach
Our Dental Hygienist Kara Ann is a specialist in conservative periodontal therapy, skilled in the early detection of periodontal (gum) disease through the use of the latest technologies. She received her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist, at Palm Beach State College in 1996. Kara Ann is currently a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association and subscribes to the code of Ethics endorsed by this association. She regularly continues her education through both lectures and ‘hands on’ courses.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Beverley grew up in South Florida and has been practicing dental hygiene since 2001. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and inspiring them to see the importance of their oral health. She loves spending time with her family and immersing herself in things that feed her soul.

Maggie
Dental Assistant
Juno Beach
Maggie was born and raised in South Florida. She graduated from the Dental Assisting and Team Institute with her EFDA in 2023. Both of her parents are in the medical field, so she followed suit and is a wonderful asset to the Advanced Dental Care team.
In her spare time, Maggie enjoys being outdoors with her dog Archer, and spending time with friends. She is a friendly and helpful individual who loves connecting with new people.
Erin
Dental Assistant
Palm Beach Gardens
If Erin looks familiar, it’s because she was part of our team in 2023, and we’re thrilled to welcome her back to Advanced Dental Care of Palm Beach Gardens! A graduate of Florida Career College, Erin earned her EFDA certification in 2022 and has a passion for general dentistry. She loves the variety of procedures in the field. She brings boundless energy and enthusiasm to her work, always going the extra mile to ensure her patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Erin treasures spending time with her son when she’s not at the office. Together, they enjoy playing sports, visiting parks, and tackling video games. At home, you can often find her cheering on her favorite Boston sports teams.
Annanka
Hygienist
Juno Beach
Annanka—though most people know her as Anna—has been passionate about dentistry since childhood. She has always believed that a person’s smile is their best feature, and being able to help others protect and preserve their smiles is what inspires her every day. This passion led her to graduate from the Dental Hygiene program at Palm Beach State College in 2025. Proud of her Haitian heritage and deeply connected to her South Florida roots, Anna brings both cultural pride and a caring spirit into her work. Outside of her career, she embraces a stress-free, “good vibes” lifestyle. She loves traveling, discovering new places, and enjoying great food—all ways she connects with others and makes lasting memories.
