Shanna has been passionate about the dental field since 2001, when she joined Bluewater Dental and began working with Dr. Panzarella. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside Dr. Blechman, Dr. Rosenberg, and now Dr. Willoughby, giving her a unique perspective on the practice’s growth and evolution over the years.
Starting as a dental assistant, Shanna’s dedication, loyalty, and strong leadership skills helped her advance into her current role as full-time Office Manager. Having witnessed many transitions within the practice, she now oversees operations for both Bluewater locations. Her extensive knowledge of dentistry and practice management makes her an invaluable resource for patients and team members alike. Whether you have questions about dental insurance, treatment estimates, electronic claims, scheduling, or your patient account, Shanna is always happy to help.
Outside the office, Shanna is a proud mom of two energetic boys. Before becoming a mother, she enjoyed skydiving, kayaking, and running half marathons. These days, her adventures take a different form, but she still loves exploring science museums, visiting zoos, and spending time outdoors making memories with her family.
Sharon serves as the Senior Case Manager at Bluewater Dental of Palm Beach Gardens, where she is dedicated to helping patients navigate their treatment with confidence and ease. From reviewing treatment plans and coordinating care to answering questions and discussing financial options, Sharon ensures that every patient feels informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their dental journey.
She began her career in dentistry in 2016 as a dental assistant and, through her dedication, knowledge, and passion for patient care, has grown into a leadership role within the practice. Her experience on both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry allows her to provide exceptional guidance and support to patients every step of the way.
A South Florida native, Sharon brings a warm, friendly, and compassionate presence to the office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, soaking up the Florida sunshine, and embracing the coastal lifestyle she has always called home.
Kara Ann is one of our experienced Registered Dental Hygienists and is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. With a strong focus on conservative periodontal therapy, she is highly skilled in the early detection and management of periodontal (gum) disease using the latest dental technologies and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Kara Ann earned her Registered Dental Hygienist license from Palm Beach State College in 1996 and has been dedicated to providing exceptional patient care ever since. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) and proudly adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and patient care.
Committed to lifelong learning, Kara Ann regularly participates in continuing education through lectures, workshops, and hands-on training courses to stay current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene and periodontal care. Her gentle approach, extensive experience, and dedication to patient education help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their oral health.
If Erin looks familiar, it’s because she was part of our team in 2023—and we’re excited to welcome her back to Bluewater Dental!
Erin earned her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting (EFDA) certification from Florida Career College in 2022 and has a passion for all aspects of general dentistry. She enjoys the variety each day brings and loves being involved in a wide range of procedures. Known for her positive attitude, energetic personality, and compassionate approach, Erin is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for throughout their visit.
Outside of the office, Erin loves spending quality time with her son. Whether they’re playing sports, exploring local parks, or enjoying video games together, family time is always a priority. A devoted Boston sports fan, she’s also often found cheering on her favorite teams whenever she gets the chance.
Beverley is a South Florida native who has been providing exceptional dental hygiene care since 2001. With more than two decades of experience, she is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and empowered to take charge of their oral health. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients and educating them on the important connection between oral health and overall wellness.
Outside of the office, Beverley enjoys spending quality time with her family and pursuing activities that bring balance, joy, and fulfillment to her life. Her caring nature, positive energy, and dedication to helping others make her a valued member of our dental team.
Kimberley has been in the dental field for the past 10 years. She started working in the dental field as an implant coordinator, moved into oral surgery and then into general dentistry. She has found it very interesting to learn all the different aspects of the dental field and continues to learn each day.
She grew up in the area and currently lives with her dog, Lucky. She enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and taking her dog to the beach.
Born and raised in Cuba, Nelly earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Medical Sciences of Holguín in 2018. After moving to the United States, she continued pursuing her passion for dentistry by earning her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting (EFDA) certification in 2023.
Nelly joined the Bluewater Dental team in 2026 as a dental assistant, where her exceptional work ethic, compassionate nature, and dedication to patient care quickly made a lasting impression. Patients adored her, and our entire team recognized her commitment to providing outstanding care and creating a positive experience for everyone she met.
After recently earning her Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license, we were thrilled to welcome Nelly into her new role as a full-time dental hygienist. We are excited to watch her continue to grow and flourish at Bluewater Dental, where her knowledge, gentle touch, and genuine care for others make her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside of the office, Nelly enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and creating lasting memories with family and friends. Her warm personality, positive attitude, and passion for helping others shine through in everything she does, making her a favorite among both patients and coworkers alike.
